Payment Instructions for Puppy Deposits and Balances

At ZQ French Bulldogs, we aim to make the payment process simple and secure for our clients. Please follow the instructions below to claim your puppy or secure your place on the waiting list:

1. Deposit Instructions (Non-Refundable)

To reserve your puppy or join the waiting list, a non-refundable deposit of [$500] is required. We accept payments via:

Zelle
Venmo
Cash App

Steps to Make a Deposit:

Call Us to Process Your Payment
- Contact us directly at (909)659-6069. We will confirm your puppy selection or waitlist placement and provide the appropriate payment details for Zelle, Venmo, or Cash App.
Send Your Deposit
- Use the payment method agreed upon during the call. Be sure to include your name and "Puppy Deposit" in the payment description.
Paperwork via Email
- Once your payment is received, we will email you the adoption paperwork, confirming your reservation or waitlist spot. Please review, sign, and return the paperwork promptly to finalize your claim.

2. Balance Payment Options

The remaining balance can be paid:

In Advance: You may pay the full balance via Zelle, Venmo, or Cash App prior to adoption day.
At Pick-Up: The balance can be paid in cash upon pick-up.

Pick-Up Payment Process:

At pick-up, we will provide a receipt for your cash payment in person.
Please ensure you have the exact amount, as we may not have change on hand.

Important Notes:

All deposits are non-refundable unless specified otherwise in the contract.
Puppies will not be released until the full balance is paid.
Please ensure all payments are completed by the agreed-upon deadlines to avoid forfeiting your deposit or reservation.

Non-Refundable Deposit Policy

To secure your place on our waiting list and reserve a puppy, we require a deposit of [$500]. This deposit demonstrates your commitment and allows us to prioritize your request when selecting puppies.

The deposit is non-refundable under the following conditions:

Change of Mind
- If you choose not to proceed with the adoption after placing the deposit, the deposit will not be refunded.
Failure to Fulfill Contract Terms
- If you do not comply with the agreed-upon terms, including payment deadlines, communication, or pick-up arrangements, the deposit will be forfeited.
Rejection of Available Puppies
- If your requested preferences (e.g., gender, color, or temperament) are available, but you decline the options presented, the deposit will not be returned.
Failure to Respond
- If we are unable to contact you after reasonable attempts (e.g., within 5 business days of communication), your place on the waiting list will be forfeited, along with the deposit.
Misrepresentation
- If you provide false information or are found to be unsuitable for puppy ownership as determined by our application process, the deposit will not be refunded.

Special Circumstances:

If we are unable to provide a puppy due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., health issues or an insufficient number of puppies in the litter), you may choose to transfer your deposit to a future litter or receive a refund.
